Put the Blue Dogs to sleep
Isn’t that what we do with mad dogs? I’m soooooooooo disgusted with this Congress. If these spineless cowards had been in office in 1776, instead of a Declaration of Independence this country would have had a Memorandum of Dissatisfaction with the King.
So first they took Single Payer off the health care reform table. Didn’t even discuss it. Now, according to the news this morning, they want to remove the public option. And the requirement that big companies provide insurance.
Ummmmmmmmm….. so what’s left to reform?
Are we just going to force financially crippled citizens to purchase the products of the insurance industry, like we do with car insurance?
That doesn’t sound like reform to me.
That sounds like a subsidy.

Definitely, sadly, Not reform.
I certainly agree ... it IS reform (for the insurance industry) as it will add millions to their coffers, which I described in my own blog post on this subject as "corporate welfare".
